I am reporting a serious recurring issue with Premwadee (th-TH-PremwadeeNeural).

Premwadee is the only voice I need and use for my ongoing Thai novel narration. Other voices are not a suitable alternative because changing the narration voice would break the consistency of my series for my audience.

This issue has been occurring repeatedly for many days. Premwadee sometimes works temporarily, but after several generations it suddenly begins returning:

“Audio generation failed.”

Once this happens, repeated attempts continue to fail.

I have tested Premwadee with extremely short text — even around 51–72 characters — and it still fails. Therefore, this is clearly not simply an issue with long text.

I have already contacted Crikk Support several times and provided detailed test results and screenshots. I was told that the issue would be investigated and fixed, but the problem is still unresolved and I have not received a clear progress update.

This is now having a serious impact on my work. I cannot publish my scheduled narration content, my paid subscribers are waiting, some subscribers have started complaining, I am losing followers, and the disruption is directly affecting my income.

I understand that other voices may still be available, but that does not solve my problem. Premwadee is the established voice of my ongoing series, and I specifically need Premwadee to continue my work.

Please provide a clear update on:

I have been patient and have repeatedly provided information to help investigate this issue.

If Premwadee cannot be restored or Crikk is unable to provide this voice reliably, please be transparent and tell me clearly. I would rather receive an honest answer than continue waiting without knowing whether the service I need will work again.

If Crikk cannot provide a reliable Premwadee service, I would like to request a refund for the service I paid for, because I am unable to use it for the purpose for which I subscribed.

I would prefer to continue using Crikk with Premwadee, but at this point I need either a reliable working service or a clear answer from your team.

Please treat this as an urgent issue.

For additional context, I am a Crikk Pro (Lifetime) customer. My account currently shows only 287 / 1,000,000 monthly characters used. Premwadee is also shown as a Free voice in Crikk. Therefore, this issue cannot reasonably be explained by reaching my monthly character quota.

Crikk’s current pricing page states that Pro users receive up to 24,000 characters per file and unlimited monthly characters for Free voices. Yet Premwadee continues to fail even with test text of only around 51–72 characters.
